WriterlyWords™ (WriterlyWords.com) is owned by Arczis Web Technologies, Inc. (collectively, “WriterlyWords,” or “we” or “us”) has developed this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) to describe the terms that govern your access and use of WriterlyWords.com. This Agreement applies to the Arczis Web Technologies, Inc. websites, mobile sites, applications ("apps"), widgets, and other content and services that are linked to this Agreement. Writerly Words and Arczis Web Technologies, Inc. are based in the United States.

You may not, without the Writerly Words' written permission, “mirror”, “scrape”, “copy” etc. any Writerly Words Contents contained on the WriterlyWords.com or any other server. You may not use the WriterlyWords.com for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Agreement. You may not use the WriterlyWords.com in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the WriterlyWords.com, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the WriterlyWords.com. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the WriterlyWords.com through hacking, password mining or any other means. Writerly Words reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the WriterlyWords.com, or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without prior notice or any notice.

While we respect our writer's freedom of expression there are certain subjects and content that will not be allowed on WriterlyWords.com. Posting content containing these things will result in membership suspension. Examples of unacceptable or prohibited content or subjects are:

  • Adult or Sexually Explicit (X-Rated) Language (Not to be confused with sensuality)
  • Pictures of Nudity or Partial Nudity
  • Nasty Comments (E.g. "This is CRAP!!!")
  • Name Calling, Cyberbullying or Harassing WriterlyWords Members


You always keep the rights (copyright) to the writings you post to WriterlyWords.com. You may remove your content at any time unless they are contest winners, but you still keep the rights. Writerly Words has the right to display, write about, or use your content or article on WriterlyWords.com, and other services like social networks that are linked to WriterlyWords.com.
